Sarah M. Greytak, PT, DPT, TSAC-F, EMR is a Senior Physical Therapist for the Denver Police and Sheriff Departments. Sarah graduated from the USC with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2007. Her career started in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics and Aquatic Physical Therapy in the outpatient and hospital-based systems. In 2018, she joined the Physical Therapy team with Denver Police and Denver Sheriff to work as an embedded PT. Through her work, Sarah has been able to positively impact the physical outcomes and specialized tactical care that is necessary for officers on duty. Focus on individual programs aimed at job specific duties and relevant daily routines of officers has been her goal since making the move to the public safety department.
