Michael Harris-Love, PT, MPT, DSc, FGSA

Michael Harris-Love, PT, MPT, DSc, FGSA, is Director and Professor at the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program. He is also Associate Dean of Physical Therapy Education within the CU School of Medicine and a Health Scientist with the VA Eastern Colorado Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center. Dr. Harris-Love has previously served as a clinician-investigator with the Mayo Clinic and NIH Clinical Center. He is the founding Director of the Muscle Morphology, Mechanics, and Performance Laboratory, and he currently serves the APTA CO Chapter as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Dr. Harris-Love’s professional contributions have been recognized through the APTA Eugene Michels New Investigator Award, Mayo Clinic Outstanding PT Alumnus Award, and Fellowship status with the Gerontological Society of America.
